FEES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
No fee for the first meeting or telephone conference.
Before commencing any project or task, BevGroup Inc. requires that all fees are negotiated and agreed upon in writing. Service agreements itemize the activities to be accomplished including:
- Description of the task;
- Description of benefits;
- Expected completion time.
A 25% retainer is due prior to commencing work.
Project rates are based on estimated project hours times the hourly rate. Hourly rate may decline somewhat as project length increases.
If the client modifies a project task, BevGroup Inc. will make every reasonable effort to complete the modified task within the original deadline. If modification requires additional time beyond the original promised deadline, additional hours are billed on an hourly rate or per the specification in the final agreement.
Fees will only be stated in a proposal we develop for our clients. In most cases, there is no fee for developing a proposal.
