The KLINGBORG methodology supports establishing direction, creation of new common pictures, and development of new common values... our mental creation. The more we are able to involve our co-workers in the process of mental creation of the picture we want to move towards; the greater the likelihood that will we be able to reach it in reality.  

The KLINGBORG Group is committed to supporting you throughout the development process. It starts with identifying your key issues, needs, and opportunities. Several two to three day workshops will be carried out with you and your co-workers. Between the workshops there is a “home period” designed for bringing the learning into practice and experience the benefits of the developing culture.

 

Two to three day workshops are followed by four to six week “home periods” for applying the developing new culture into business.
